To conduct programs to create social responsibility.

To get associated with all the central and state government programs and to implement the welfare schemes.

To associate with national or international academic and social organisations for Islamic Economic studies and social welfare purposes.

To conduct lectures to inculcate ethics in the political, social and all other systems.

To undertake compilation, printing and publication of scholarly literature in socio-economic, environmental, ethics, governance and Islamic economics fields..

To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by awareness programs, adult education classes, lectures, essay competitions, exhibitions, symposiums, cultural programs, press conferences and seminars.

To create a sense of brotherhood, cooperation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the general public.

To purchase/acquire land and/or building and any other movable or immovable property in the name of the society in the upliftment and fulfilment of the aims and objectives of the society.

To engage, employ, hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts, attorneys, managers, agents and other professionals for the work and furtherance of the aims and objectives of the society by paying their wages, salaries, stipends and fees.

To conduct - in association with national and international academic and social welfare organisations - research, hold seminars, conferences, organise and promote exhibitions, shows and other activities for the furtherance of the society and to establish and maintain libraries, publish periodicals, leaflets, charts, statistics, journals, books and other publications and circulate them.

To establish, maintain and assist institutions for helping the poor, destitute, widows, orphans, disabled of all faiths and communities.

To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradication of social evils such as dowry system, wastage of money in various functions, use of intoxicating drugs, child marriage, child labor, etc.

To arrange study/educational/religious tours or provide conveyance to any person or persons for any such place of historical or universally acclaimed religious place or places which may enlighten and diffuse knowledge and/or for the avoidance or to reduce or remove the mental depression which may encourage and boost the spiritual instinct for leading a better and happier life.

All the income, earnings, movable/immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilised and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives as set forth in the Memorandum of the Society and no profit there of shall be paid transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends/bonus/profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past or future members of the society or any person claiming through any one or more of the present or past members. No members of the society shall have any personal claim or any movable/immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever by virtue of this membership.

The beneficiary of this Society shall be people without any discrimination on ground of religion, caste, gender, citizenship or place of birth.
